When You Feel Stuck, And Nothing Seems Clear
You ask yourself, What do I want?
And the answer comes back instantly: I don’t know.
But that answer isn’t the truth.
It’s a reflex.
Your Head Doesn’t Have New Answers
When you go looking for clarity, most of the time you go to your mind.
And your mind can only give you what it already knows: old decisions, learned expectations, safe ideas.
It doesn’t create truth.
It repeats what has worked before, or what felt acceptable.
There Is Another Place That Knows
There is a part of you that already knows exactly what you want.
Not mentally, or in a five-year-plan kind of way.
But as a sensation in your body.
A pull.
A spark.
An undeniable skip-of-the-heart kind of yes.
Your Body Is Telling the Truth
You can feel it when something is right.
Your body feels lighter.
There is energy.
Something in you leans forward.
And you can feel when something is off.
Your body contracts.
You hesitate.
You lose energy.
Those sensations aren’t random.
They can guide you.
Following Your Light
Instead of trying to figure your life out, start here:
What gives you energy?
When do you get excited?
What feels natural, even if it doesn’t make sense yet?
This is what I call following your light.
Not as a grand decision or a final answer.
Just noticing where life is pulling you.
You’re not disconnected from your purpose.
You’ve been trained to override it.
You Don’t Need the Full Plan
Most people stay stuck because they think they need certainty before they move.
You don’t.
You need to notice what feels alive and take one step toward it.
Clarity doesn’t come first.
Movement does.
Pause for a moment.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in…
and a long breath out.
Instead of asking, What should I do with my life?
ask yourself:
- What gives me energy right now?
- What feels light or exciting?
- Where do I feel a natural pull, even if I can’t explain it?
Don’t try to answer perfectly.
Just notice what’s already there.
You Are Not as Lost as You Think
The truth is simple.
You’re not disconnected from your purpose.
You’ve been trained to override it.
The moment you start listening again, something shifts.
Not all at once.
But enough to begin.
